I have over 7 years of hands-on experience working in procurement and supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment. My role involves managing the complete purchasing cycle, starting from understanding internal requirements to placing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely material delivery. I regularly handle purchase orders, follow-ups, delivery schedules, and coordination between suppliers and internal teams. I understand how these processes work in real operational scenarios and can guide or support others with practical explanations rather than theoretical knowledge. Along with SAP, I prepare MIS reports and KPI dashboards in Excel to track procurement performance, pending orders, vendor status, and delivery timelines. My focus is always on creating reports that are easy to understand, accurate, and useful for decision-making. I also have experience working with industrial equipment and materials, including items used in both hazardous and non-hazardous areas. This has helped me develop a strong understanding of specifications, documentation, and compliance-related requirements. Overall, my strength lies in combining procurement knowledge, SAP MM processes, and Excel-based reporting to support smooth daily operations.
