These packages are for 1 standard room.
By purchasing this service I will:
-Create rendered images based on your 3D Model if you have one, if not please select the premium pack or add the 3d Model extra.
-Considerate all your needs and taste in design and visualize it in the images.
-Provide you with ideas.

FAQ
What Programs do you use?
For interior renders I use 3Ds Max + Vray or Lumion 11.0 depending on the complexity of the interior space.
I need renders for more than 1 room
I can offer you an excellent package if you need more than one room. We can come to an agreement with the price :)
Do you offer revisions?
Yes. I offer one revision to basic and standard pack, and 2 for premium pack. However, I'll try to keep you updated with the work so you can be the most satisfied.
Wich languages do you speak?
I speak English and Spanish, so communication won't be a problem!
What do I need to get started?
-High quality floor plans and drawings. -If the space is already built, pictures of the existing place. -Every project is unique, and requirements are different depending on the purpose of your presentation. You can send me references, your drawings, sketches, or ideas.
Work delivery time
From 5-10 days, depending on the pack you choose and the complexity of the room. It could be less than the expectated time.
Do you do designs or remodeling?
Yes, since I am an architect I could help you with the design but we would have to come to a price agreement since this gig is not about designing, but about making renders of already designed spaces. However, in this gig I'll help you with material decisions and give you some ideas of space :)
