Refund & Package selection guidelines:
- If the designs are as per your initial shared brief, refund wont be a possible option. You can ask for revision if I missed out anything (by "revision" refers to modifying that I have already created. A revision doesn't mean a completely brand new concept/look for a logo).
- Samples are from the Basic, Standard and Premium packages (Basic designs are much simpler).
- Please buy the package according to your desired quality level.
- You can always chose extras for any package. The extras are: stationery kit, social media kit and extra fast delivery.

How to start the order?
You may require the following to start the order, - Logo text and tagline - Niche (market) & description about your company/business - Special images or icon you want to use in the design - any color preference - Overall message you want to convey.
What is the use of Source/Vector files?
Source/vector files are the editable versions of the designs which are highly scalable and used for editing & printing purpose without any loss of quality.
What is included in Social Media Kit?
Social media kit includes banners designed using the logo and a stock image or other designing patterns for 2 of the any social media platforms such as Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Google + etc. If any specific not instructed in the initial requirement, we will be designing for Facebook and Twitter.
What is the standard modification re-delivery time?
Modification re-delivery time is 12 to 24 hours
