Golang backend engineer on a US-based marketing technology platform used by large retail brands. I work in a Go and Kafka stack to onboard new brands onto the platform, setting up event-driven pipelines that carry user behaviour, identity and transaction data to downstream services. A key part of this is validating event payloads so bad data gets caught before it breaks anything further down the line. I also debug integrations with Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable and Bloomreach, and work directly with the US team to find and fix production issues for high-traffic enterprise brands.

Backend engineer at a fast-growing e-commerce startup handling around 5,000 orders a day. I worked on the order and logistics side of the platform, building Go microservices on an event-driven setup with Kafka and MongoDB. I owned the return and exchange flow end to end: the request APIs, eligibility rules, and every order state from request to pickup to refund or replacement. I used Kafka events so logistics, payments and notifications stayed in sync without services depending on each other directly. I also integrated the CourierMitra API to bring live shipment tracking into the order system, which cut "where is my order?" support tickets by around 75%. Along the way I shipped 30+ features across orders, logistics and customer-facing flows.
