I partnered with an ecommerce pet brand, Petite Pattoune, to scale revenue through a performance-focused Google Ads strategy. The objective was clear: grow aggressively while maintaining strong profitability and controlled acquisition costs. At the start, the account faced inconsistent scaling, overlapping campaign structures, and under-optimized product feeds limiting Shopping performance. Conversion tracking also required refinement to make data-driven decisions confidently. I restructured the entire account architecture, separating prospecting and scaling campaigns across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max. The product feed was optimized within Merchant Center to improve relevance, CTR, and impression share. Accurate conversion tracking and value-based bidding strategies were implemented to maximize ROAS. Budget allocation was adjusted based on performance data, not assumptions. Continuous A/B testing, search term refinement, and audience signal optimization allowed us to scale sustainably. The result: €658,000 in revenue generated from €102,000 in ad spend. The focus was not just traffic growth — it was structured scaling, profitability, and long-term performance stability.
