Very nice young woman. She didn’t necessarily understand the assignment and came back with something rather juvenile for memorializing a 92 year old. That said, her design was simple but tasteful and themed as requested. It took bit too long for the turnaround, which I agreed to, when considering the simplicity. Could be a language barrier.

Great experience working with Uzma. They understood all the instructions clearly and followed every detail perfectly. Communication was smooth and professional throughout the process. The final designs were exactly as requested, well-organized, and high quality. I truly appreciate the effort and attention to detail. Highly recommended!
