Utilize SAP to supervise all work completed, including working with the maintenance technicians on predictive maintenance (PM) protocols and practices to ensure a successful weekly production line start-up. Lead the maintenance team to ensure equipment reliability, streamline changeovers, employee training, and improve production efficiency while maintaining a strong commitment to safety.

Research presented and published at the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) Studied the effects of nanofibers in masks to control thermal conductivity inside the facemasks. Successfully improved the efficiency of virus protection of non-surgical facemasks using Polycaprolactone. Tested the effects of stimulus-responsive polymers on commercial face masks.
