1. What do you need from me to get started?
Just send your design preferences or brand assets (logo, colors, etc.). If you're ordering the error fix service, let me know where the issue appears and any login access I might need.
2. Will the 404 page match my website’s style?
Absolutely. I design your error page to match your brand’s look and feel — no generic templates.
3. Can you add animations or interactive elements to the 404 page?
Yes. I can include subtle animations (hover, scroll, transitions) — just mention what you'd like. You can also add this as a gig extra.
4. Do you only fix 404 errors, or other site issues too?
I fix 403, 404, 500, 503, and other WordPress-related errors. If you're not sure what’s wrong, just message me — I’ll assess and guide you.
5. What’s the difference between the 404 design and the fix service?
The design service gives you a visually branded error page. The fix service resolves actual broken links or site issues. You can order them separately or combine both in the Premium package.
6. Is it safe to share my login credentials?
Yes. I handle all credentials securely and only use them to complete your project. You can also create a temporary user if preferred.
7. Will the 404 page work on Shopify, HTML, or WordPress?
Yes. I support WordPress, HTML/CSS, and Shopify. Just let me know your platform when ordering.
