Is your AI voice agent actually ready for real customers?
A voice agent can sound great in a demo and still fail when a caller interrupts, speaks unclearly, spells an email, changes their mind, asks something unexpected or asks for a human.
I independently QA test and stress test your AI phone agent, then deliver a clear report: what works, what breaks, how serious it is, and what to fix before launch.
Platforms: Vapi, Retell AI, ElevenLabs, Bland AI, GoHighLevel Voice AI and other web/phone agents with authorized test access.
Tests include:
- Call flow, interruptions, silence and background noise
- Names, emails, numbers, dates and addresses
- Booking, rescheduling, cancellation and transfers
- Knowledge-base accuracy, off-script questions and hallucinations
- Looping, error recovery and edge cases
Your report: test ID, expected vs actual, pass/fail, severity, business impact, reproduction steps, recommended fix and a launch-readiness score.
I don't guarantee any AI system will be error-free. I report reproducible issues found within the agreed test scope.

Do you build or fix the AI agent?
This gig is primarily independent QA and stress testing. I document reproducible issues and recommend fixes. Implementation can be discussed separately only when it is within the agreed scope and tools.
Can you test Vapi, Retell and ElevenLabs?
Yes, when you provide a working test number, web demo, or authorized test environment.
Will you make real phone calls?
Yes, if the test environment supports it and the buyer provides the appropriate test number/access. Any paid usage charges should be agreed before testing.
What is a stress test?
I deliberately test difficult situations such as interruptions, long pauses, noisy input, unusual questions, corrections, conflicting information and repeated attempts to expose failure modes.
Can you test appointment booking?
Yes. I can test availability logic, booking, rescheduling, cancellation and confirmation flows when a safe test calendar or sandbox is provided.
Can you test CRM actions?
Yes, when the buyer supplies authorized test access or a sandbox. I avoid unnecessary access to real customer records.
Do you test healthcare agents?
I can test conversation behavior and workflows in an authorized test environment, but I do not provide medical advice or certify regulatory compliance.
Do you guarantee the agent is perfect after testing?
No. AI systems can behave differently across inputs and over time. I provide evidence-based findings within the agreed test scope, not an absolute guarantee of zero defects.
Is a retest included?
Premium includes one structured retest of up to 15 failed scenarios after the buyer applies fixes. Additional retesting can be purchased as an extra.
