📦 Delivery Time - What does the listed delivery time mean?
That’s when you’ll receive your first logo drafts for review. Once sent, I’ll continue with revisions based on your feedback. (Basic = 2 days, Standard = 3 days, Premium = 4 days)
🔎 Research & Brainstorming Process - What happens in the research and brainstorming phases?
We’ll analyze your brand, industry, competitors, and audience. Then we create a private Pinterest inspiration board to curate imagery, fonts, patterns, and concepts — giving us the creative fuel to brainstorm meaningful logo ideas. This ensures unique and brand-fitting designs.
✏️ Sketching & Concept Development - How do you ensure the logo is truly original?
After brainstorming, we sketch all ideas manually and perform a design vet to ensure no one else has done something similar. Only then do we move to digital execution.
🖋️ Stationery Design (if ordered) - What’s included in the stationery pack?
Includes a business card, letterhead, and envelope mockup—ready for print or digital use.

📁 Source File Policy - Will I get the source (AI) file?
Yes — for the final logo concept you approve, the editable .AI/.EPS file is included in Standard and Premium packages. Source files aren’t included in Basic but can be added as a $50 extra.
🏆 Copyright & Commercial Use - Will I own full rights to the logo?
Yes, you get full commercial and design rights upon project completion—perfect for business, trademark, or licensing use.
