Scope of Responsibilities You will contribute as a specialized platform professional, with responsibilities including but not limited to: 1. Technical Documentation & System Design ● Authoring and maintaining BRD, SRS, FSD, UML diagrams, user stories, and operational runbooks ● Translating policy, civic workflows, and operational needs into structured technical specifications ● Producing integration documentation, API contracts, and event-driven interaction flows ● Supporting governance through clear, auditable documentation standards 2. Platform Integration & Configuration ● Installation, configuration, and stabilization of selected CityOS systems ● Identity and access integration using Keycloak (IAM) ● API gateway configuration and routing via Kong ● Event-driven integration using Kafka ● Multi-tenant enablement and environment hardening 3. Full-Stack & Custom Development ● Custom extensions and adapters using PHP (Laravel), Node.js / Express.js, and React.js ● Backend data modeling using MySQL / MariaDB / MongoDB ● Support for policy-driven or city-specific custom systems ● Contribution to internal tools and admin dashboards where required 4. Operational Support & Collaboration ● Coordination with platform architects, DevOps, and domain specialists ● Participation in operational testing, stabilization, and release readiness ● Ensuring systems are production-ready, observable, and maintainable
