I led the complete development and ongoing maintenance of SiteDrop from idea to production. I built the platform using Next.js, developing both frontend and backend logic within the same framework. I created fast, responsive user interfaces and focused on clean architecture and smooth user experience. For backend and database management, I used Supabase. I designed the database schema, implemented authentication, configured row level security, and built secure API routes. I ensured the system was scalable and easy to maintain. I integrated Stripe for subscription and payment management. I implemented checkout sessions, webhook handling, subscription tracking, billing logic, and secure event verification. I ensured users who cancel their subscription continue to have access until the end of their billing cycle. I developed a custom LLM based system for automated landing page generation. This allowed users to generate structured landing pages from prompts. I handled prompt design, output formatting, validation, and seamless frontend integration. The application was deployed on Vercel, where I managed production builds, environment variables, domain setup, and continuous deployment. Beyond development, I handled ongoing maintenance and improvements, including: - Monitoring performance and fixing production issues - Managing feature updates and enhancements - Improving system security and database optimisation - Handling subscription edge cases and webhook reliability - Ensuring uptime and stable deployments I was responsible for the full product lifecycle, including planning, architecture, development, deployment, scaling, and long term maintenance.
