Worked with Micro Image Technologies, a medical technology company, to design and develop an automated Excel-based Sales Performance & Forecasting Dashboard for executive reporting and territory management. The project involved transforming fragmented sales records (2019-2025) into a structured reporting model capable of generating interactive dashboards for six regional sales representatives and a company-wide executive overview. Led the complete data preparation process by auditing data quality, identifying inconsistencies, cleaning and standardizing datasets, restructuring multiple yearly worksheets into a consolidated master database, and designing a scalable reporting framework suitable for monthly updates. Standardized sales representative names, specialties, products, procedures, hospitals, and operational fields to improve reporting accuracy and maintain data integrity. Developed dynamic PivotTables, Pivot Charts, slicer-driven dashboards, helper calculations, lookup tables, validation lists, and automated Excel templates to monitor sales performance, quota achievement, forecasting, pipeline management, and operational activities.
