FAQ
What should I do before making the purchase?
Before purchasing a package you should contact me, send the image that needs retouching and provide information about what you would like to be done to your image. I'll work on your images only if I am sure that make them better or help you with your request.
If I need to take more photos than specified in your gig?
You could contact me and I'll make you a custom offer request.
I have 10 (or more) photos for retouching, but I'm not sure if your work will suite me, could you do a test work?
Yes, so that you can evaluate my service. I provide the opportunity to a test retouch one of your photos for free. Test retouching is done according to your choice of package: Basic, Standard, Premium. The work is given with a watermark.
Should I have pay for a test work if we started our cooperation?
If you are satisfied with a result of my service and we started our cooperation - this test work will stay with you for free ( as a bonus) without watermark and in any format you choose.
What kind of files do you require?
For the best results - RAW images, but TIFFs, PSD and JPGs in a high-res can be also.
What kind of file do you deliver?
I deliver JPEG in a high resolution. On demand I can deliver other file formats: + the source file - PSD; + PNG; + TIFF; + resizing JPG for an instagram. P.S. I deliver these formats with a link on Google Drive, which will be available to download for two weeks.
Will my photos be published without my permission?
No, the work that I provide for you will not be used or published anywhere without your permission.
