Being quality manager i was responsible all over quality and compliance throughout the factory. responsible from knit to pack . * Handling all processes of sampling ( first proto to seal sample ) IN CUTTING DEPARTMENT: * Keeping all record of fabric testing reports according to required quality standard given by the customers. ( using quality manuals provided by the customers ) making sure fabric meets the required quality standards. ( fail test report or pass test report ) only forward fabric with pass test reports to FID for inspection. maintain reports record with 4 point fabric inspection method. only OK fabric forward to cutting depart. * Complete grip on GGT department from marker making to plotter sheet. rechecking of plotter sheet by QA team to making sure that there is no errors in parts and specs and also making sure shrinkage is added in plotter sheet according to shrinkage results as compared to hard patterns before bulk cutting. Inspection during cutting to insure shapes and specs of cut parts. maintain reports record of cutting by the quality auditor on daily basis. * Panel inspection of cut bundles to verify the quantity and quality of the bundles and shade verification. maintain the quality reports on daily basis. IN STITCHING AREA: * Maintain the quality standard by implementing the 7/0 quality system to reduce defects rate and for better quality products also 100% inspection at the end line to minimise alteration rate by allowing less than 5%. * After 100% inspection by the line checker there added batch audit barrier to main the quality standards. making of stitching FPY % reports by the QA on daily basis. IN FINISHING AND PACKING AREA: * Finishing batch audits to insure the goods with good quality are forwarding to packing department. Making sure the quality and specs are according to required AQL standard and maintain the finishing FPY% reports on daily basis. * Conducting pre-final inspections of pack goods using required AQL.
