Coordinate material requests and purchase orders for spare parts and consumables, working directly with vendors and stores to minimize downtime. Verify delivery notes and goods receipt against purchase orders to keep stock and cost records accurate. Track asset maintenance and downtime, logging repair costs and recurring failure patterns for management reporting. Model maintenance and procurement data in Power Query and build the relationships and DAX measures behind the KPI reporting management actually reads.
