Delivery of proof 1 took 2 days. Needed revisions. Those took 3 weeks. No contact during. Customer service was an unhelpful AI bot followed by an unhelpful AI bot pretending to be a human. My review is low due to the incredibly long wait time, lack of response and overall rough experience with the artist and customer service.

Really disappointed. The seller completely ignored my prompt and instructions. The delivery looks completely AI-generated and lazy. To make matters worse, I looked at his other reviews and noticed he uses the exact same template for everyone. Way overpriced for what I actually got. Avoid.
