One of the most incredible projects I have ever worked on was developing a real-time face-mask detection project. This is a project that I worked on recently in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. The advancements in the field of deep learning are perplexing. Many new neural network architectures are being formulated each day, and they come with surprising capabilities that are still assumed by many as impossibilities.
