What do you need from me before you begin?
Your final event text, date, time, location, logo, photos/videos, colors, chosen format and style references. All text must be final and accurate. Delivery assumes complete materials are provided at the start; late or incomplete files may require an extension.
Which video format is included?
Each package includes one orientation: Horizontal 16:9, Vertical 9:16 or Square 1:1. To receive another version, purchase the Additional Size Variation extra for each additional format.
Are all packages delivered in Full HD?
Yes. Standard delivery is a Full HD MP4: 1920x1080, 1080x1920 or 1080x1080, depending on your chosen format.
Can you deliver in 4K?
Yes, when the 4K Delivery extra is purchased before work begins and the source footage is suitable. A project built in FHD cannot later become true native 4K. Low-resolution assets remain limited by their original quality.
What is included in a revision?
Revisions cover reasonable adjustments to text, colors, timing and selected shots within the original brief. A new concept, full re-edit, late footage, different duration or format is new work and may require an extra fee.
Is music included and can I use it commercially?
I can use royalty-free music from my licensed library. If you request or supply a specific song, you are responsible for permissions and platform claims. Changing music after editing begins may count as a revision.
Can you write the event copy or script?
Yes. The Script Writing extra covers concise promotional copy based on the final event details you provide. It does not include brand research, campaign strategy or translation. You approve the text before production.
How does the AI voice-over work?
The AI Voice-Over extra includes one natural AI voice in one language for up to 100 words. You must provide or approve the final script before production. New scripts, languages or voices are separate work.
Can you provide stock footage?
Packages assume you provide the event photos and footage. I can source stock footage only when agreed before ordering; availability and licensing may affect the price and creative options.
Will I receive editable project or source files?
No. Packages include the final rendered MP4 only. Project files, source files, fonts, plugins, licensed assets and other working files are not included.
