InvoiceComply is an AI-powered invoice validation and financial control platform for enterprises, live in production. I designed and built it end to end: product architecture, AI pipelines and integration into real enterprise finance workflows. It replaces slow, error-prone manual invoice checking with automated, multi-layer validation, so finance teams process faster, pay accurately and stay compliant. What the platform does in production: - Reads and structures invoice data using AI document intelligence - Verifies vendors and tax registrations automatically - Matches invoices against purchase orders, line by line - Runs regulatory and tax compliance checks (built for India's GST e-invoicing system, one of the most complex in the world) - Validates document authenticity and digital signatures - Flags exceptions and routes them through controlled review workflows Built with OpenAI and Claude LLMs, RAG, n8n and custom APIs that connect to existing finance systems. Trunkpool is a logistics technology venture I founded to make long-haul freight transport more efficient in India, one of the world's largest and most fragmented trucking markets. The core problem: trucks frequently run empty on return journeys, carriers sit underutilized and shippers struggle to find reliable capacity at fair prices. Trunkpool tackles this with a technology-led marketplace that connects shippers with carriers, improves load matching and reduces empty miles. Over 10+ years I have led the business end to end: product, operations, carrier and shipper partnerships, pricing and scaling a two-sided marketplace in a demanding, real-world environment. What this means for supply chain and logistics clients: - I understand freight, fleet and carrier operations from the inside, not just from a dashboard - I know where the manual work hides: load planning, dispatch, documentation, invoicing, proof of delivery and freight audit - I can design AI and automation that fits how logistics teams actually work, including messy data, phone-and-paper processes and multiple stakeholders Today I apply this experience to build AI solutions for supply chain and logistics: document automation for shipping and freight paperwork, freight invoice validation, shipment tracking and exception alerts, carrier and vendor communication assistants, and operational analytics that surface cost leaks.
