Get a clean, consistent Excel or CSV table, with a clear report showing what changed.
I can remove blank rows, tidy extra spaces, standardize capitalization, apply agreed replacements, convert dates and numbers using formats you specify, and remove duplicates using the columns and row choice you specify. Product lists, inventory exports and simple business trackers are a good fit.
Every package includes:
- A cleaned CSV or Excel file
- A summary and detailed record of changed or removed data
- Delivery within 24 hours once the order requirements are complete
- Your original file kept unchanged
Standard can combine files with matching columns. Premium can combine files using a complete column match you provide.

What files can I send?
Send a plain CSV or XLSX with one table, one header and one data sheet per file. Excel output has simple formatting. PDF, XLS, formulas, macros, extra or hidden sheets, merged cells, pivots, charts, external links and protected files are not supported.
How large can my order be?
Basic: 100 rows, 15 columns, 1 file, 5 MB, 4 steps. Standard: 5,000 rows, 25 columns, 3 files, 15 MB, 8 steps. Premium: 10,000 rows, 30 columns, 5 files, 30 MB, 12 steps. Rows exclude headers. Rows, files and MB are order totals; columns are per table.
What will I receive?
You receive a ZIP with one cleaned CSV or XLSX, a summary and detailed records of changes and removed rows. Originals stay unchanged. Standard can combine matching files. Premium can use your complete column match and includes a reusable record of the agreed cleanup.
How fast is delivery and what does a revision cover?
Every package has 24-hour delivery once order requirements are complete. Basic includes 1 revision; Standard and Premium include 2. Revisions correct the agreed work on the original files. New files or additional changes need a new scope.
What counts as a cleanup step?
One action on named columns is one step, such as trimming spaces. For duplicates, choose the matching columns and which row stays. Mark IDs and SKUs to protect leading zeros. Dates need a stated format. N/A stays text unless you request an exact replacement.
How should I prepare private or contact data?
Use non-sensitive business data or a made-up sample. Remove personal details before sharing. Real contact lists, personal CRM records and sensitive datasets are not currently accepted. Fiverr has its own privacy policy; local deletion cannot erase Fiverr’s copies.
