FAQ
What’s the difference between template-based and custom designs?
A template-based design is a pre-made layout with fixed elements, which allows for quicker and more affordable customization. A custom design is fully tailored to your specific vision, giving you more creative freedom with layout, colors, and graphics.
How many photos can I include in the ad?
You can include up to 5 photos for most layouts, but I can adjust based on your preferences. If you’d like more or fewer photos, just let me know, and I’ll make it work!
How long will it take to complete my ad?
Turnaround time typically ranges from 1-5 days, depending on whether you choose a template-based or custom design. I’ll confirm the exact timeline when we start.
Can I request revisions to the design?
Yes! Each package includes a set number of revisions to ensure you’re happy with the final result. If additional changes are needed, we can discuss options to accommodate your vision.
Will my ad be the correct size for my yearbook’s specifications?
Absolutely! I’ll ask for the specific dimensions or any guidelines from your school to ensure the ad fits perfectly. Please provide any yearbook specs when placing your order.
How will I receive the final file?
I’ll deliver a high-resolution digital file (usually in JPG or PDF) ready for yearbook submission. If you need another format, let me know, and I’ll provide it.
What if I need help choosing photos or words for the ad?
I’m here to help! I can offer suggestions for photo placement, phrasing, or anything else to make your ad perfect. Just reach out, and we’ll work together to create something special.

Fantastic experience with Dr. T. She was incredibly responsive, easy to work with, and brought the vision to life — all under a very tight deadline. Communication was quick and clear throughout. Would absolutely work with her again!

Dr. T was an absolute dream to work with! They nailed our unique, one-of-a-kind design almost perfectly on the very first try. There were only a few minor tweaks needed, mostly due to the limitations of text-based communication—it can be tricky to fully express a vision in words alone. Even with that...
