NOTE: SEVERAL FORMS CAN SIT ON A PAGE
Need a system that fits the way your business really works, not a generic tool? I build custom apps in Zoho Creator that replace spreadsheets, paper forms and manual approvals.
Examples of what I build:
- Order, inventory and booking systems
- Client portals and request forms
- Approval and leave management workflows
- Project, task and field-service trackers
- Internal tools with dashboards and reports
You get clean forms, role-based access, automated notifications and reports, mobile-friendly access and Deluge scripting where logic is needed. I can connect your app to Zoho CRM, Books or other tools.
Share your current process (even a spreadsheet or a sketch) before ordering. I will review it and confirm scope, timeline and the right package.

FAQ
What kind of apps can you build?
Order and inventory systems, booking tools, client portals, approval workflows, trackers, internal dashboards and more. If it involves forms, data and workflow, Zoho Creator can likely handle it.
Do I need coding knowledge?
No. You describe the process in plain language and I handle the build. I also explain how to make small changes yourself.
Do I own the app?
Yes. The app is built inside your Zoho Creator account, so you own and control it.
Do I need a paid Zoho Creator plan?
Zoho Creator is a paid product with a trial period, and the plan you need depends on users and features. I will advise you on the lowest plan that suits your project.
Will the app work on mobile?
Yes. Zoho Creator apps are available through its mobile app and mobile browser, and I design layouts with that in mind.
Can you connect the app to Zoho CRM, Books or other tools?
Yes, depending on the package. I can sync data with Zoho apps and, through APIs or Zoho Flow, with many external tools.
Can you move my spreadsheet data into the app?
Yes. I import data from Excel or CSV and map it to your new forms.
Can different people see different data?
Yes. I set up roles and permissions so each person only sees and edits what they should.
Can customers or clients log in?
Yes, with a customer portal in the Premium package, where clients can submit requests and track status.
What if something breaks after delivery?
I fix bugs related to my work for free within 14 days of delivery. Ongoing support is available by custom offer or the 30-day support extra.
