Tomiwa K
Über diesen Service
Tired of copying data between apps? I will connect your tools and automate repetitive work with Zoho Flow, Deluge scripts and API integrations.
Typical projects:
- New website form leads sent to Zoho CRM, with an instant email alert
- Won deals in Zoho CRM that automatically create invoices in Zoho Books
- Zoho CRM and Google Sheets, Slack, Mailchimp or Shopify sync
- Custom Deluge functions for calculations, validations and reminders
- Webhooks and REST API connections between Zoho and other platforms
- Repairing or optimizing automations that are failing
Every automation is tested with real sample data and documented, so you know what runs, when and why. Your credentials stay with you and access can be revoked after delivery.
Tell me which apps you use and what you want to stop doing manually, and I will map the best approach.

FAQ
What is the difference between Zoho Flow and Deluge?
Zoho Flow connects apps with visual triggers and actions, while Deluge is Zoho’s scripting language for custom logic inside apps such as CRM, Books and Creator. I use whichever is simplest and most reliable for your case.
Which apps can you connect?
All Zoho apps plus many popular tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Mailchimp, Shopify and more. If an app is not supported directly, I can often connect it through webhooks or its API.
Do I need a paid Zoho Flow plan?
Zoho Flow has free and paid plans that limit the number of flows and tasks. I will check your expected volume and recommend the plan that fits.
Can you connect apps that have no direct integration?
Often yes, using webhooks or REST APIs, provided the other app exposes an API. I will confirm feasibility before you order a larger package.
Can you fix an automation that stopped working?
Yes. Order the troubleshooting extra or message me with details and I will investigate and fix it, or tell you honestly what is not possible.
Can you write custom Deluge functions?
Yes. I write custom functions for calculations, validations, scheduled tasks and data updates, with comments so they are easy to maintain.
How do you test the automations?
I test each flow with real sample data in a safe way and show you the results before final delivery.
What happens if an automation fails later?
Higher packages include error alerts so you are notified. I also fix issues caused by my work free for 14 days after delivery.
Is my data and login information safe?
I never ask for passwords. I use invited users or authorized connections, and you can revoke my access once the project is complete.
Can you handle ongoing maintenance?
Yes. The 30-day monitoring add-on covers early issues, and we can arrange longer maintenance as a custom offer.
