I have a diverse professional background in customer satisfaction, Japanese hospitality, interpretation, cultural support, and travel planning. I worked in customer satisfaction and operation improvement at a major retail company in Japan, where I handled customer service, staff training, hygiene management, compliance, and service-quality improvement. I also served as an official interpreter for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, supporting international communication in a professional global environment. As a geisha in Izu, Japan, I have welcomed domestic and international guests, including VIP guests, through traditional Japanese hospitality, manners, performance, and cultural explanation. In addition, I worked at an International Student Center affiliated with the Ministry of Education, supporting foreign students with housing, cultural adaptation, Japanese customs, and daily life guidance.
