How do I know which package I need?
Message me first with the problem (a screenshot or your store URL helps). I'll tell you if it's a single fix, a sprint, or a full-store pass — no upselling you into more than you need.
Will you break anything else on my store?
No. I duplicate your theme before touching anything, so your live store is safe and everything's reversible.
What access do you need?
Usually a Shopify staff/collaborator invite with limited permissions. I'll tell you exactly what to grant, and nothing more.
What if you can't fix it?
I'll tell you before you order. I don't take jobs I can't deliver — if it's outside my scope, I'll say so upfront.
