Good communication but the quality was very poor with the absolute basic requirements not met. The result was unfortunately unusable. May have just been a bad day.

Tim again is amazing at his craft. The only reason I did not go 5-Stars is because my audio track was way too echoed to allow for great results ... However Tim's effort and communication, professionalism and speed IMHO are 2nd-to-none!
