Over 13 years, I worked across marketing, business development, operations, hospitality, PR, recruitment and brand management, supporting multiple luxury marine, tourism, hospitality and F&B businesses. My responsibilities included developing and executing marketing and brand strategies, launching and managing social media channels, creating content calendars, photography and video, managing digital advertising, websites, influencer campaigns, PR activities, promotional materials and corporate presentations. I conducted market, competitor and customer analysis, developed promotions and supported new business launches and revenue-growth initiatives. I managed PR, partnerships and external communications, including media relations, influencers, brokers, tourism partners, VIP clients and corporate stakeholders. I planned and supported events, yacht experiences, dinner cruises, hospitality activations and private functions. My role extended significantly beyond marketing into business operations. I coordinated suppliers and contractors, government authorities, licensing and inspections, banks, landlords, telecom providers and other external partners. I supported business setup, office administration, compliance and day-to-day operational problem-solving. I was also involved in HR and recruitment, including writing vacancies, screening CVs, interviewing and selecting candidates, onboarding, staff training and implementing HR procedures. I worked across luxury yachts, yacht charters, dinner cruises, floating hotels, restaurants and tourism, supporting customer experience, F&B quality, sales, booking channels and commercial development. I also introduced AI and digital tools into marketing and content production and regularly worked across departments to identify problems, develop solutions and turn new business ideas into practical projects.
