I design and build Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) onboarding automation using Power Automate across Microsoft 365.
This gig is for automating a defined onboarding process (not open-ended platform work). Scope is agreed up front and any additional workflows or integrations are quoted separately.
- Basic (Consultation): 1-hour session to map your process, confirm requirements, connector/licensing needs, and propose a build approach.
- Standard (Simple onboarding): 1 onboarding workflow (1 main flow plus up to 2 child flows), up to 3 integrations (eg Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, email), 1 approval path, and core notifications. Includes testing and handover notes.
- Premium (Complex onboarding): up to 3 workflows (main flows plus child flows), up to 2 integrations, multi-stage approvals, provisioning actions, logging/error handling, and an enhanced handover/runbook.
Optional add-ons: additional workflows, additional integrations, premium connectors, data migrations, and training.
Prerequisites: tenant admin access, a clear process owner, and a test user for validation.
Premium connectors may require Power Automate Premium licensing.

1) What is included in the Basic package?
A 1-hour workshop to map your JML process, confirm requirements, and define the automation design and scope.
2) What is included in the Standard package?
One defined onboarding workflow (1 main flow plus up to 2 child flows), up to 3 integrations, 1 approval path, and notifications.
3) What is included in the Premium package?
Up to 3 workflows, up to 6 integrations, multi-stage approvals, provisioning, logging/error handling, and an enhanced runbook.
4) What do you mean by “integration”?
A connected system/service used by the flow (eg Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, Planner, email, HR list).
5) Do you support Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML)?
Yes. Tell me which parts you want automated (joiner only, leaver only, or full JML) and your process owner.
6) Will this work for unlimited users?
Yes - pricing is for the build, not per user. Limits are on workflows/integrations and complexity, not headcount.
7) Do I need Power Automate Premium licensing?
Maybe. If you use premium connectors, custom connectors, or certain actions, Premium licensing may be required. I will confirm during discovery.
8) What information do you need before starting?
Your current process steps, approval chain, required outcomes, systems involved, and a test user/account for validation.
9) Do you include SharePoint folder creation and permissions?
Only if it is within the agreed scope for the package. Advanced permissions models or complex provisioning are quoted separately.
10) What is not included by default?
Unlimited change requests, extra workflows, extra integrations, custom connectors, complex HRIS/ITSM integrations, and end-user training unless agreed.
