One email equals one submission. If you receive the same phishing attempt sent to 5 people, that counts as one submission as long as you forward it once. We do not nickel and dime.
Do unused submissions roll over?
No. Submissions reset each month. They are reserved analyst capacity, not banked credits. If you regularly hit your cap, the next tier up will save you money compared to adding on credits.
What if I already clicked the link?

How fast do you actually respond?
Solo turnaround is 48 business hours. Team is 24. Business is 12 hours a day, 7 days a week. Most submissions come back faster than that during business hours, but those are the guaranteed windows.
How does this monthly subscription work on Fiverr?
It's simple: we set the project deadline to 30 Calendar Days; at the end of it, the project ends. If you want to continue, upgrade, or just do not see value in it yet, then let us know; last-minute notices are not an issue for us!
