Somebody on your team just got an email that looks wrong. The link goes somewhere odd, the sender is almost right, and the request has just enough urgency to work. Now they have to decide, and they were never trained for that.
Forward it to me instead.
I read the headers, the sender authentication results, the routing path, the embedded links, and the attachment indicators, then send back a written verdict in plain language with next steps. Not a score. An answer.
Your whole team gets a dedicated submission address at setup. Use Forward as Attachment rather than a normal forward, so the original headers survive and nothing lands on anyone's machine.
Analysis runs on hardware I own, with no public address and no outside access. Your email is never uploaded to a public sandbox or a shared scanning service, and nobody reads it but me.
Turnaround is counted in business hours, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm CST. The 30-day delivery window is the service month, not the response time.
Message me with your team size, and I will tell you which plan fits.

FAQ
Do you need access to our systems?
No. Nothing is installed, and I never touch your network. You forward an email, I analyze it, and you get a verdict back. That is the entire interaction.
How is this different from our spam filter?
A filter decides in milliseconds on patterns it has already seen. I read the message the way it was built: authentication results, routing path, link destinations, attachment behavior, and the pretext. Filters handle volume. They miss the email written for your company.
What do we get back?
A written verdict of malicious, suspicious, or safe, the specific indicators behind that call, and what to do next. If someone already entered credentials or opened an attachment, the response includes containment steps.
How do we actually submit emails?
You get a dedicated submission address in the order requirements at setup. Your team forwards anything suspicious to it. For each Fiverr order, I post a weekly written summary and a final report at the end of the month that covers every submission.
Why does the gig say 30-day delivery?
The 30 days are the service months, not the response time. Fiverr keeps the order open for the period you are paying for. Verdicts are returned within 8 business hours or 2 business days, depending on your plan.
Who actually sees our emails?
Only me. Analysis runs in a sandbox I built and run on my own hardware. It has no public IP, no outside access, and nothing is ever uploaded to a public sandbox or a shared scanning service. No staff, no contractors, no third-party accounts.
How long do you keep our emails?
Raw submissions are deleted 30 days after analysis. After that, I keep only the indicators: sender domains, URLs, file hashes, and header artifacts. None of that contains your content, and it is what lets me recognize the same campaign if it comes back.
We handle patient data or FCI. Is that a problem?
Tell me before you order. Submissions never leave my server, are never sent to an outside service, and raw messages are deleted after 30 days. If you need that documented for a business associate agreement or a CMMC boundary question, we sort it out first.
What if we go over our submission limit?
Message me. The Team plan covers 50 submissions a month, and additional credit packs are available. The Business and Priority plans have no submission cap.
What are your coverage hours?
Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm CST, excluding US federal holidays. Turnaround is counted in business hours, so an email sent at 5:01 pm Tuesday starts its clock at 8 am Wednesday. I do check in the evenings and on weekends and often reply, but that is not something I will promise you.
