I'm Héctor Castrillón, a Senior Concept Artist with 7+ years in sci-fi hard surface design — vehicles, mechs, weapons, spacecraft, and book covers for games, publishing, and product development.
My process is hybrid: 3D-aided pipeline (VR, Blender, Substance Painter, Plasticity) for structure, then Photoshop for final illustration. The result is concept art that looks production-ready and holds up under scrutiny.
From ideation to final render. Based in Colombia, working globally. behind it, that's exactly what I deliver.

Hector was asked to transform 2D concept art into a 3D model. He went above and beyond: The finished model wasn't a thoughtless transition; it was an enhancement of the original idea without sacrificing what made the original concept interesting.
