Delivered combined 3D model across all four disciplines simultaneously — electrical (cable tray, conduit, panels), HVAC (chiller, AHU, FCU, ductwork), fire protection (full sprinkler network), and plumbing. Executed clash detection and produced construction shopdrawings. -Full MEP BIM implementation for a large-scale logistics warehouse. Key highlight: Seismic Bracing modeled at LOD 350 — complete mechanical connection details including clamps, threaded rods, and base plates, ready for direct construction without supplementary drawings. Fire protection system covers entire warehouse footprint. -Full electrical system BIM for a GMP-standard pharmaceutical plant. Delivered complete MDB/DB panel layout and cable tray routing across all floor levels. Model produced with exploded-layer separation per floor — clearly communicating routing paths, vertical risers, and horizontal distribution for each level independently -BIM model for sanitary and storm drainage systems of a biomass-fired boiler house. Beyond standard modeling, produced 3D construction method simulations including pipe hoisting sequences with crane and scaffolding, and wall-cutting penetration marking — enabling the construction crew to execute precisely without additional briefing. Full chiller plant BIM modeling including CHW, HW, and CW piping systems for an industrial facility at VSIP 3. Delivered detailed 3D models and construction sections for all equipment groups: chiller units (CHWS/CHWR DN200–450), heat recovery chillers, chilled water pump arrays, hot water pumps (HWS/HWR DN250), and cooling tower pumps (CWS/CWR DN500). All pipe sizes, BOP elevations, and valve assemblies fully tagged and coordinated.
