I capture cashbooks and perform bank reconcilliations. I process and pay supplier invoices. I process customer invoices, issue statements, and follow up on payments. I ensure books are up to date and audit ready with supporting documents filed. I review VAT report, perform the VAT reconcilliation, to ensure all invoices that should be declared are declared, and all that need to be claimed are valid and included in the VAT report. I file the VAt on efiling and carry out all SARS queries. I carry out month-end processes, which include the preparation of balance sheet reconciliations, and management accounts.
