Hi, I am Teodor & I help men discipline themselves in 90 days, without cutting off time for fun.
I am a certified life coach, but I learned to do this my own way, through the trials and tribulations of my own life. I've been through hell and back, dealt with my own demons, and now I use that experience to help others.
This especially shows in my coaching philosophy which focuses on helping you find your own way!

Teo is great! he listens well, thinks critically, asks smart questions, questions my assumtions, delivers in- and out-of-the-box solutions. He has a great approach of "lets test this assumption" and "lets do more and analyze less". he also has great techniques he uses, to track progress and keep me focused on my goal.
