As a CRM Systems & Workflow Automation Specialist on Upwork, I helped businesses build and improve CRM systems that made their sales, lead management, and customer operations more organized and efficient. I worked with business owners, consultants, service providers, and growing teams across different industries, building CRM solutions around their actual business processes rather than relying on generic setups. My experience includes HubSpot CRM implementation, pipeline setup, contact and company management, custom properties, lifecycle stages, lead segmentation, forms, active lists, workflows, email automation, task automation, lead routing, reporting, dashboards, and database cleanup. I also designed and implemented workflow automations and integrations using tools such as Zapier, Asana, website forms, scheduling platforms, and other third-party applications. These systems automated repetitive processes including lead capture, follow-ups, internal notifications, record updates, deal movement, task creation, and customer communication. For existing CRM accounts, I performed audits and restructuring to identify inefficient processes, duplicate records, incorrect properties, broken workflows, poor pipeline structures, and reporting gaps.
