Ill calculate intuitive models for you based on your transactions (orders, bookings, purchases,). Two well-known approaches will be used, RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary value) and predicted CLV. These models will be customized to your need and data structure. Thus, each customer will get his individual value based on his behavior in the past.

The result will contain a customer table enriched by the customer values and statistical data. Youll also get some graphs and charts showing how the segments distribute overall and over time.

The tool used for the analysis is KNIME, an open-source data mining platform. Youll get the source files that allows you to push new datasets to the models.
