AnyDesk is a tool that allows me to access your computer remotely. I can control your mouse and keyboard to fix problems. You can choose to disable file transfer, so I can't download your files. Sometimes, I might need to transfer fixed files, and we can do this through AnyDesk or Fiverr Messenger.
