I am a certified Wellbeing Practitioner and walk alongside people who are on every stage of their breast cancer journey - even if you have rung the bell! As I survivor myself, I can help teach you proven techniques to help you regain your calmness and power. I am also a good listener. Often we tell our family that we are "OK" so we don't worry them and can't say our truth.
