Hardware Systems Engineer, PCB Design, Firmware, CAD, Robotics, AI, Vision
Über diesen Service
I design manufacturing-ready PCBs for embedded systems, IoT devices, and electronics startups. With 5+ years in mechatronics and firmware, I deliver schematics, multi-layer layouts, and production files that work first time.
WHAT I DELIVER:
Schematic design with LTspice simulation, PCB layout (2-20+ layers with impedance control), manufacturing files (Gerber, STEP, BOM), DFM analysis (Design for Manufacturing), and revision rounds.
I SPECIALIZE IN:
Microcontrollers: STM32, ESP32, ARM Cortex | Power delivery, communications (USB, Ethernet, CAN, SPI, I2C, UART/USART), sensors
TOOLS: KiCAD, Altium Designer, LTspice
PERFECT FOR: Startups, hardware engineers, students, manufacturers building IoT/embedded products

FAQ
What information do I need to provide?
At minimum, a schematic or circuit description. Hand-drawn is fine. Preferred: KiCAD files, Altium schematics, PDFs, breadboard photos. I'll handle technical implementation and optimization for manufacturing.
Can you design both schematic and layout?
Yes. I design from concept to manufacturing files. If you have a schematic, I optimize it and create the layout. If you have a circuit description, I design both from scratch. Full end-to-end service.
Can you optimize my existing schematic?
Absolutely. I review for PCB layout constraints, component placement, trace routing, and signal integrity. Many schematics that work in simulation need optimization for real hardware manufacturing readiness.
Which PCB tools do you use?
KiCAD (free/open-source) for cost-conscious projects, Altium Designer for professional work. I generate files for any fab—JLCPCB, PCBWay, or professional manufacturers. Just specify your preference.
Do you handle high-speed designs?
Yes. I handle multi-layer designs with impedance control, differential pairs, ground plane management, and signal integrity analysis. Ideal for USB 3.0, PCIe and Ethernet.
Can you reduce manufacturing costs?
Yes. DFM optimization reduces costs—fewer layers when possible, smaller boards, optimized placement, assembly readiness. Often saves 30-50% on manufacturing costs compared to unoptimized designs.
What about revisions after delivery?
All packages include revision rounds (1-2 depending on tier). Premium includes unlimited revisions. For changes beyond original scope, we scope additional work separately. No hidden costs.
Do you provide assembly guidance?
Yes. Deliverables include BOM with part numbers, assembly notes, layer stackup documentation, and manufacturing files ready for pick-and-place machines. Can recommend assembly houses if needed.
How long does PCB design take?
Standard: 5-7 days. Rush available (check additional services). Complex designs need 10-14 days. I confirm timeline after discussing your project. Fast and reliable.
Will my PCB work on first prototype?
I design with manufacturability and functionality in mind. I perform circuit verification, DFM checks, and design reviews to catch issues before fabrication. Hardware is unpredictable, but I optimize for success.
