Worked on structured documentation and organizational resources to support department operations, staff responsibilities, internal procedures and consistent recordkeeping across the roleplay community. Emphasis was placed on creating professional, easy-to-navigate documents that could be used for day-to-day operations and future reference.

FiveM CaliRP EMS – MCD Documentation

Created and maintained professional department documentation for the EMS MCD division within the CaliRP FiveM roleplay community. Work included standard operating procedures, training guides, certification documentation, checklists and supporting administrative resources. Developed structured procedures for department operations, training, certification, recordkeeping and member management, alongside supporting Google Docs, Slides and Sheets resources. The goal was to keep departmental information consistent, easy to follow and organized for both leadership and members.

Tay's Biome | Community Discord & Discord Bot

Developed and organized a Discord community with custom roles, permissions and systems designed to support community engagement and service management. Worked on a custom bot concept and implementation involving member profiles, XP and rank tracking, welcome messages, support tickets, moderation, logging and community features. The project focused on bringing multiple server functions together into one organized system while allowing for future expansion.
