Duplicate Removal: I remove duplicates, even sneaky ones ("USER@Gmail.com " and "user@gmail.com" are treated as the same).
Formatting & Syntax: Extra spaces are cleaned, and bad syntax gets flagged.
MX/Domain Check: I verify if each domain can actually receive mail.
Flag Special Emails: Throwaway & role-based emails (info@, support@) get marked so YOU decide what to keep.
What you get back:
Clean CSV/XLSX File: Every email gets a status VALID, RISKY, or INVALID with the exact reason why.
Change Log: A clear summary showing everything that was done.
What I won't do:
No Guesswork: I won't guess or "auto-fix" broken emails to avoid new errors.

What file formats do you accept?

Will this guarantee my emails reach the inbox?
Honestly? No. My cleaning removes the bad addresses that cause bounces, but inbox placement also depends on your content and sender reputation. Anyone promising guaranteed delivery isn't being straight with you.
Can you verify that every mailbox actually exists?
No — that needs paid SMTP verification tools, which I don't use. What I do check: syntax, whether the domain can receive mail, duplicates, and risky addresses. It catches the majority of list problems.
Will you delete my invalid emails?
I flag them with the reason and keep them in the file — you decide what to cut. Only exact duplicates get removed, and I'll tell you the count.
Can you fix typos like "gmal.com"?
A: I'll flag them for you, but I won't guess the correction. Guessing creates new errors — I'd rather be honest than wrong.
Is my list confidential?
