Should I contact you before placing an order?
Yes, if you're unsure which package is best for you. You can send me a brief description of what's happening and what you're trying to achieve. This helps me understand the complexity of your issue.
Do you need to access my GoHighLevel account?
You can provide temporary user access to your HighLevel account so I can investigate and make fixes directly, or we can work together through screen sharing during our live session. There's no need to share your password.
What if my issue can't be fixed during our session?
Some issues are more complex. I'll work to identify the cause and make fixes within the time included in your package. If additional work is needed, I'll explain what I've found and recommend next steps. Additional troubleshooting or implementation can be arranged separately through Fiver
Can you help if my GoHighLevel account is my own or with another agency?
Absolutely! You don't need to be a Suite Spot client. I can work with existing HighLevel accounts, including personal accounts or provided by other agencies, as long as you have the necessary permissions to authorize access and changes.
Can you help with larger projects or complete implementations?
Yes! Beyond troubleshooting, I help businesses build and connect funnels, automations, CRM systems, appointment booking, onboarding, courses and client delivery workflows. Send me a message about your project and we can discuss a custom offer through Fiverr.
Do I need an existing GoHighLevel account?
Yes. This service is designed for people who already have a HighLevel (GoHighLevel) account and need help with troubleshooting, configuration or setup. If you're still deciding whether HighLevel is right for your business, this particular service isn't the best fit.
Can you help with account setup and integrations?
Yes! I can help with HighLevel account settings and connecting supported services like Zoom, Stripe, calendars and domains. I can also troubleshoot issues with these connections. This service doesn't include troubleshooting third-party platforms like Zapier or building custom integrations.
