East West Furniture was experiencing a suspended Google Business Profile, preventing the business from properly managing and maintaining its local presence on Google. I reviewed the profile and suspension situation, identified areas that needed to be corrected, and worked through the appropriate recovery process while ensuring the business information was aligned and prepared for Google's requirements. Following the corrections and recovery process, Google provided the business with a new verification opportunity. I then assisted with the verification process and the Google Business Profile was successfully verified. Key work completed: • Google Business Profile suspension audit • Profile and business information review • Compliance issue identification • Suspension recovery strategy • Profile corrections and optimization • Re-verification preparation and guidance • Verification issue resolution • Post-verification profile review RESULT: The suspended profile progressed from having restricted access to receiving a new verification option, and the business successfully completed verification and regained an active Google Business Profile. This project demonstrates my approach to handling Google Business Profile suspension, verification, reinstatement, and profile recovery cases through careful diagnosis and compliance-focused corrections.
