These servers are quite powerful, they have 24 GB of RAM and 4 powerful Arm CPU cores.
The only thing bad about this OCI free server plan is that it is not easy to set up, but that's where I will help you.

Can I upgrade the server's specs?
Yes, you can move up to the higher tiers in OCI, but you have to remember, that higher tiers are paid (billed monthly)
