Q: What file formats do you accept?
I work with CSV, Excel (.xlsx, .xls), and Google Sheets exports. If you have a different format, message me first and I will tell you if it works.
What if I don't know what I want from my data?
That's completely fine — most clients don't. Just send the file and tell me one thing you're curious about. I'll handle the rest and show you what matters.
How long does delivery take?
Most projects are delivered within 2 to 3 days depending on the size and complexity of your dataset. Larger files or premium packages may take slightly longer.
My data is messy and has a lot of missing values — can you still analyze it?
Yes. Data cleaning is included in every package. Messy data is normal and fixing it is part of the service.
Will I understand the results if I'm not technical?
Absolutely. The summary and insights are written in plain English, not code. The charts are clean and labeled so anyone can read them without a data background.
Is my data kept confidential?
A: Yes. Your data is used only for your project and never shared with anyone. If you need an NDA I am open to that conversation.
