I worked part-time at CodeM as both a FiveM developer and support team member. During my time there, I contributed to script development, bug fixing, and server optimization while also actively assisting customers through support tickets. My responsibilities included: • Assisting clients in support tickets (technical troubleshooting & guidance) • Fixing script issues and debugging errors • Customizing and optimizing FiveM scripts • Supporting ESX-based server systems • Collaborating with the development team to deliver quality updates Handling tickets helped me develop strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to explain technical issues clearly to clients. I resigned due to personal commitments and workload, but the experience significantly strengthened both my technical and professional skills.
