In my current role, I lead the complete Finance & Accounts operations of two ethanol plants, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, cost management, and strategic planning. I manage a team of 15+ finance professionals and coordinate cross-functionally with production, stores, procurement, logistics, and sales. I am responsible for IAS/IFRS-compliant financial statements, procurement payments, production costing, statutory filings, and export/local sales accounting. I oversee banking relationships, financing facilities, cash flow management, and working capital planning. Additionally, I ensure compliance with ISSCC, ISO, GMP, and KOSHER certifications, strengthen internal controls, enhance ERP governance, and drive operational efficiency across the finance function.

My role included managing local and export sales accounting, implementing customized ERP modules, and ensuring compliance with tax laws, SECP regulations, and certification audits such as ISO, GMP, and KOSHER.
