What access do you need to my server?
I need Remote Desktop (RDP) access with an administrator account. I recommend creating a separate user for me, which you can disable after the work is done.
Will my server or websites go down during the work?
I work carefully to avoid downtime. If a restart is needed, for example after updates, we can schedule it at a time that suits you.
Which Windows Server versions do you support?
I work with Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022 and 2025. For older versions, message me first and I will check your case.
What if my problem takes longer than expected?
I will tell you before doing extra work. You can add more hours with the extra option, and nothing is charged without your approval.
Can you secure my server against RDP attacks?
Yes. I can change the default RDP setup, configure the firewall, limit access by IP, and set up protection against brute-force login attempts.
