SUSAN LEE, PhD, CPTN-CPT, is the president of Synergetics Wellness.
As a CPTN-Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), certified Pilates instructor, mindfulness facilitator and Thai Yoga bodywork practitioner, she specializes in post-rehabilitation training, sport-specific conditioning, and active aging.
Susan holds physical education and health degrees (BPHE, UofT and MPE, UBC) and a PhD in sociology and social justice education from UofT.
She is an international presenter and has 20+ years of professional experiences in the areas of leadership, business, fitness, health and social justice.
